The civil servant’s oath of allegiance within the NCPDP
On March 25, 2026, as a result of the confirmation in the public position of senior consultant within the information, communication with mass media and e-Transformation Service of the National Center for the Personal Data Protection (NCPDP), our colleague, Vladimir Brițchi, took the oath of allegiance, which provides for compliance with the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova, fundamental human rights and freedoms, defense of sovereignty, the independence and territorial integrity of the Republic of Moldova, the objective and impartial execution of the country’s laws, the conscientious fulfillment of official obligations, as well as compliance with the norms of professional conduct.
The oath of allegiance was taken in the presence of the management and colleagues of the NCPDP, in front of the state symbols, in accordance with the provisions of art. 32 of Law no. 158-XVI of July 4, 2008 regarding the public office and the status of civil servants.
On this occasion, the management of the NCPDP congratulated and wished to the young civil servant success, emphasizing the importance of this moment in his professional career, which reflects the responsible assumption of the specific duties of the civil service. At the same time, it was highlighted that he is a responsible, dedicated and professional employee, actively involved in achieving institutional objectives and promoting transparent communication. The institution’s management expressed their confidence that he will continue to carry out his duties with integrity, impartiality, and respect for the law, in accordance with the values of the NCPDP and wished him perseverance, continued professional growth, and outstanding results in his work!
