Training course on personal data protection for representatives of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection
On 7 October 2026, the National Center for Personal Data Protection (NCPDP) organised a training session on personal data protection for employees of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection (MMPS).
The training aimed to strengthen the knowledge and skills of MMPS representatives in the proper application of personal data protection rules and in ensuring the protection of information processed in the course of the Ministry’s institutional activities.
The session addressed relevant aspects of the principles and conditions governing the processing of personal data, data subjects’ rights, the obligations of controllers and the measures necessary to prevent and manage situations that may compromise data security.
Participants also had the opportunity to ask questions and clarify issues arising in their professional activities, with a view to ensuring the effective implementation and application of personal data protection legislation.
Through these activities, the NCPDP continues to promote the development of public authorities’ professional competencies and support the consistent application of personal data protection legislation, thereby contributing to an institutional framework based on accountability, compliance and good practices.
The event was held in a hybrid format, with 61 representatives of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection participating.
